The reception staff was kind. i especially appreciated the broadcasting option included with the large tvs. It was easy to use. breakfast was a highlight with a good experience each morning.
Pillows are too soft. I did not get proper rest. this affected my overall sense of renewal .

The hotel provided easy access to both the central and mitte stations. the room was spacious and clean. i appreciated the lovely lobby and bar. It felt cute. several superstores and cafes were located nearby, offering convenience.
the room lacked a laundry bag, i found this a small inconvenience.

minor issues during stay
inadequate air conditioningunstocked minibar
the room looked clean the bed seemed comfortable but the air conditioning barely worked the staff offered to look at it but the temperature remained uncomfortably warm i also found the minibar wasn't properly stocked only a couple of drinks were available it was disappointing considering the hotel's reputation.

Really good Stay, A Romantic Getaway

The room had a tasteful and spacious design. It was a King Room, providing plenty of space for relaxation. I found several seating areas available in the lobby. All the staff were friendly and helpful. It was clear they enjoyed their jobs.
I noticed that one of the lamps in the room flickered a bit.

stylish decorventilation systemno air flow
the decor of the hotel was contemporary and stylish.
The ventilation system did not work , and the hotel manager gave a different explanation as to why. the rooms ran very hot with no air flow. i wish i could write a more favorable review. The trains run all night. You may not get sleep.

the room was spacious enough.
The air conditioning system seemed inadequate. The room never really cooled down. i also found a dirty towel included with the robes. That was pretty gross. the price i paid did not feel justified given these issues.
